six well-appointed bedrooms. Each room has a TV
and tea/coffee making facilities, radio alarm,
hairdryer, fresh laundered towels and toiletries.
The prices shown below are per room inclusive
of breakfast.

Payment Terms:
For convenience, we prefer all guests to pay upon
arrival. This can be paid by cash, cheque or credit/debit
card. Payment with a credit card will incur a
3% surcharge.
If you wish to reserve a room, we will require
a £20 deposit per room, per night. Paid
via cheque or credit/debit card.
If for some reason you wish to cancel your reservation,
please notify us before 12 noon two days prior
to the day of your arrival. Such a cancellation
will incur a fee equal to your deposit - £20
per room, per night.
If your cancellation is
made after 12 noon 2 days prior to your arrival,
you will be charged the full amount of your intended
occupancy.
Checkout:
Monday to Friday – 10:30am
Saturday and Sunday – 11am
Checkout times can be flexible by arrangement.
On day of departure guests
may leave luggage to collect later in the day
by prior arrangement.
